Aedifica entered the UK market at the beginning of 2019, following the acquisition of a significant portfolio of 90 care homes. Since then, Aedifica has further expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of several new care properties.

In 2021, Aedifica established a local team in the UK by integrating Layland Walker, the property management company we have been working with for many years. By welcoming the team into the Aedifica family, we are creating a perfect opportunity to further expand our activities in the UK, as they have already developed an extensive experience with our UK portfolio, its tenants, and the UK healthcare market in general. Since 2024, our local UK team has also been unlocking value through in-house redevelopment and repositioning projects.

Our portfolio is geographically diverse, with properties located across the UK. Properties in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are also included in the UK portfolio.

The building will use energy-efficient systems, which should result in an ‘A’ EPC rating.

Our headquarters, located at Tervurenlaan 270, 1150 Brussels, is easily accessible by public transport, including train, metro, tram, and bicycle.

If you are travelling by train, we recommend getting off at Brussels-Schuman station. From there, take metro line 1 towards Stockel and get off at Montgomery station. Continue with tram 39 or 44 and alight at Jules César, just a short walk from our offices.
