Our portfolio spans 7 countries across Europe. Aedifica has dedicated local teams taking care of our tenants, developers and other business contacts. Our decentralised way of working allows us to respond as accurately as possible to the needs of our tenants and to stay up to date with the ins and outs of our various markets. It helps us to easily seize new opportunities.

Although Aedifica employees may be spread across Europe, together we form one big team that is driven by the same values and mindset.

We offer job-specific training such as the postgraduate programmes in real estate and healthcare real estate and organise soft skill courses regularly (e.g. language classes). In 2024, Aedifica’s employees received an average of 21.4 hours of training per person.
