In its fourth participation in the GRESB, Aedifica has significantly improved both its absolute GRESB score as well as relative position in the benchmark.
Sustainable entrepreneurship is deeply embedded in Aedifica’s DNA. That is why the Group introduced a net zero carbon pathway that will reduce portfolio emissions to net zero by 2050. This allows Aedifica to take targeted action to achieve its ESG objectives. These actions not only contribute to a more ecologically and socially sustainable portfolio, but also to a better GRESB score.
Aedifica’s ambitions are paying off, as evidenced by the score of its fourth participation in the GRESB. Aedifica achieved 75/100 for the reference year 2022.
This solid result is a great reward for the CSR efforts made by the team over the past year. Thanks to our ambitious strategy, we will continue to make progress on corporate social responsibility in the coming years and further improve our GRESB result.
