In its third participation in the GRESB, Aedifica has again improved its score. At 68/100, the Group also achieved a significantly higher score than its peers’ average (63/100).
Sustainable entrepreneurship is deeply embedded in Aedifica’s DNA. That is why in its most recent CSR report, the Group not only outlined an ambitious new CSR framework, but also introduced its net zero carbon pathway that will reduce portfolio emissions to net zero by 2050. This allows Aedifica to take targeted action to achieve its ESG objectives. These actions not only contribute to a more ecologically and socially sustainable portfolio, but also to a better GRESB score.
Aedifica’s ambitious CSR strategy is paying off, as evidenced by the score of its third participation in the GRESB. Aedifica achieved 68/100 for the reference year 2021. That is not only an improvement compared to the 2020 score (66/100), but also significantly higher than the peer average (63/100, compared to in 75/100 in 2021). This highlights Aedifica’s efforts to reduce its carbon emissions. In addition, the Group ranked 1st amongst its peers in the ‘Healthcare’ segment of the GRESB Public Disclosure ranking.
This solid result is a great reward for the CSR efforts made by the team over the past year. Thanks to our ambitious strategy, we will continue to make progress on corporate social responsibility in the coming years and further improve our GRESB result.
