Aedifica reaffirms its excellent GRESB score

In its fifth participation in the GRESB, Aedifica again achieved an excellent score in the benchmark.

Sustainable entrepreneurship is deeply embedded in Aedifica’s DNA. That is why the Group introduced a net zero GHG pathway that will reduce portfolio emissions to net zero by 2050. This allows Aedifica to take targeted action to achieve its ESG objectives. These actions not only contribute to a more ecologically and socially sustainable portfolio, but also to a better GRESB score.

Aedifica’s efforts are paying off, as evidenced by the score of its fifth participation in the GRESB. Aedifica achieved 75/100 for the reference year 2023.

  • This is in line with last year’s score (75/100) and the overall GRESB average (76/100).
