Aedifica is a Great Place to Work for the 5th year in a row

Engaged and motivated staff is key to Aedifica’s success. Therefore, we organised an employee survey with an independent third party. Following the survey and an in-depth analysis of the company’s culture, Aedifica was recognised as a ‘Great Workplace’ for the fifth time in a row, allowing us to continue to carry the Great Place to Work® Certified label.

The Great Place to Work organisation defines a great workplace in terms of the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the degree to which they value their colleagues. Since its first participation in the survey in 2021, Aedifica has been awarded the Great Place to Work label every year.

In a year in which we embark on a major transformation as a company, these excellent results are a significant sign of confidence from all our employees.

With a 97% participation rate and nearly all staff participating, our survey was again a great success. It resulted in an excellent Trust Index score of 85% for the whole Group (same as last year). Moreover, 95% of staff reported that they would recommend Aedifica as a great place to work (+3% compared to last year).

Survey results have also shown that:

  • Aedifica is a workplace characterised by strong collaboration and mutual support across teams with little hierarchy
  • people feel they can be themselves at work and that they are contributing to work with real societal impact
  • staff feel heard and supported by their management, who they describe as approachable, flexible and trusting

Our headquarters, located at Tervurenlaan 270, 1150 Brussels, is easily accessible by public transport, including train, metro, tram, and bicycle.

By train

If you are travelling by train, we recommend getting off at Brussels-Schuman station. From there, take metro line 1 towards Stockel and get off at Montgomery station. Continue with tram 39 or 44 and alight at Jules César, just a short walk from our offices.

By metro

Take metro line 1 and get off at Montgomery station. From there, you can either take tram 39 or 44 to Jules César or enjoy a short walk along Tervurenlaan to reach our building.

By bicycle

Cycling is a convenient and sustainable way to reach our offices. Bicycle racks are available nearby.

While our offices can also be reached by car, we encourage visitors to use public transport, cycling, or other environmentally friendly travel options whenever possible.
