Aedifica further improves its GRESB score

Sustainable entrepreneurship is deeply embedded in Aedifica’s DNA. To support its long-term sustainability ambitions, the Group has established a net zero greenhouse gas emissions pathway, targeting net zero portfolio emissions by 2050. This roadmap enables Aedifica to take focused action towards its sustainability objectives while creating value for residents, communities and stakeholders.

These efforts continue to deliver results. In its seventh participation in GRESB, Aedifica achieved 79.3/100* for the reference year 2025, reflecting the Group’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible growth.

Compared with last year’s score of 75.4/100, Aedifica recorded a strong improvement. At the same time, the overall GRESB average increased by 1.9 points to 80.9/100, highlighting the increasing maturity and competitiveness of sustainability performance across the real estate sector.

Each year, it evaluates environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance based on international reporting frameworks and industry standards.
