Meet Aedifica at Finance Avenue

Once again, Aedifica will participate in 2026’s edition of Finance Avenue. Visitors can not only enjoy an exclusive CEO debate between Stefaan Gielens and Joost Uwents from WDP, but can also take part in a workshop with COO Yeliz Bicici.

Finance Avenue is Belgium’s largest financial fair for private investors and is organised annually by De Tijd/L’Echo. The event will take place on Saturday 28 November 2026 at Brussels Expo (Paleis 6 and 7).

On stage ‘Mijn Geld’ at 11am, you have the unique chance to join an exclusive CEO debate between Stefaan Gielens and Joost Uwents, sharing the European expansion of both leading Belgian REITs.

In addition, from 12.55pm to 13.25pm, you can visit Finance Corner 1 for a workshop in which COO Yeliz Bicici will elaborate on the challenges that the healthcare real estate sector is tackling.

Throughout the entire day, you can pass by booth 6 to ask Aedifica colleagues all your remaining questions about the company.

Our headquarters, located at Tervurenlaan 270, 1150 Brussels, is easily accessible by public transport, including train, metro, tram, and bicycle.

By train

If you are travelling by train, we recommend getting off at Brussels-Schuman station. From there, take metro line 1 towards Stockel and get off at Montgomery station. Continue with tram 39 or 44 and alight at Jules César, just a short walk from our offices.

Take metro line 1 and get off at Montgomery station. From there, you can either take tram 39 or 44 to Jules César or enjoy a short walk along Tervurenlaan to reach our building.

By bicycle

Cycling is a convenient and sustainable way to reach our offices. Bicycle racks are available nearby.

While our offices can also be reached by car, we encourage visitors to use public transport, cycling, or other environmentally friendly travel options whenever possible.
