Meet Aedifica at the VFB Happening

In 2026, Aedifica will, once again, be participating in the VFB Happening. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch our CEO, Stefaan Gielens, taking the stage to share his insights on Aedifica’s future, and get in touch at our booth for a chat with the team.

The VFB Happening is one of Belgium’s largest financial conferences for private investors and is organised annually by Vlaamse Federatie van Beleggers. This year’s edition will take place on Saturday 28 March 2026 at Kinepolis Antwerp.

From 8:30 AM onwards, Aedifica colleagues will be available at our booth to answer all your questions about the company. Around noon, you will also have the opportunity to have a chat with Aedifica CEO Stefaan Gielens and CFO Ingrid Daerden.

Additionally, from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM, you can attend a breakout pitch in Hall 6, where Stefaan will elaborate on what the future will hold for Aedifica and explain how the combination with Cofinimmo is key for what comes next in the European healthcare real estate industry.

Our headquarters, located at Tervurenlaan 270, 1150 Brussels, is easily accessible by public transport, including train, metro, tram, and bicycle.

By train

If you are travelling by train, we recommend getting off at Brussels-Schuman station. From there, take metro line 1 towards Stockel and get off at Montgomery station. Continue with tram 39 or 44 and alight at Jules César, just a short walk from our offices.

Take metro line 1 and get off at Montgomery station. From there, you can either take tram 39 or 44 to Jules César or enjoy a short walk along Tervurenlaan to reach our building.

By bicycle

Cycling is a convenient and sustainable way to reach our offices. Bicycle racks are available nearby.

While our offices can also be reached by car, we encourage visitors to use public transport, cycling, or other environmentally friendly travel options whenever possible.
