Hoivatilat is the 7th best place to work in Europe
Earlier this year, Aedifica’s Finnish colleagues were recognised as the best workplace in Finland in the small business category as part of the Great Place to Work survey. On 21 September, the Hoivatilat team was rewarded again, but this time on an even bigger scale…
As the best workplace in Finland, Hoivatilat was allowed to compete at the European level, where they achieved seventh place. The team has earned this recognition after years of working to create a thriving work environment and a warm and trusting corporate culture.

This is the Finnish team’s fifth participation in the Great Place to Work survey. Each year it has resulted in an excellent ‘Trust Index score’ (showing the percentage of respondents who consider their workplace to be a good place to work). While the average Trust Index score in Finnish workplaces is 56, Hoivatilat obtained a score of 98.
Aedifica is also a Great Place to Work at group level.
In all its survey participations, Aedifica managed to achieve the coveted label. The most recent survey showed that 9 out of 10 employees would recommend Aedifica as a great place to work.
