Aedifica never sleeps.

In 2020, 15 years after its creation, Aedifica has set quite a few milestones. First of all, we joined forces with Hoivatilat in the Nordics. That explains why we announced/added a record number of >220 properties to our healthcare real estate portfolio, not only in Finland and Sweden, but also in the 4 other markets in which we operate (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom). In addition, we continued to develop the healthcare real estate of the future through the completion of 30 projects over 2020.

The addition of Hoivatilat to the Aedifica group and the expansion of our local teams made us welcome a total of 49 new colleagues to the Aedifica team.

Over the year, we raised more than €700 million on capital markets, while being included in the BEL20, the leading share index of Euronext Brussels.

Moreover, we migrated to SAP and launched a new ESG action plan, for which we received an EPRA sBPR Gold Award.

Our headquarters, located at Tervurenlaan 270, 1150 Brussels, is easily accessible by public transport, including train, metro, tram, and bicycle.

By train

If you are travelling by train, we recommend getting off at Brussels-Schuman station. From there, take metro line 1 towards Stockel and get off at Montgomery station. Continue with tram 39 or 44 and alight at Jules César, just a short walk from our offices.

Take metro line 1 and get off at Montgomery station. From there, you can either take tram 39 or 44 to Jules César or enjoy a short walk along Tervurenlaan to reach our building.

By bicycle

Cycling is a convenient and sustainable way to reach our offices. Bicycle racks are available nearby.

While our offices can also be reached by car, we encourage visitors to use public transport, cycling, or other environmentally friendly travel options whenever possible.
