For the third year in a row, Aedifica conducted an employee survey in collaboration with Great Place to Work. Following the survey and an in-depth analysis of the company’s culture, Aedifica was once again recognised as a ‘Great Workplace’, allowing it to carry the Great Place to Work® Certified label in 2024 as well.
The Great Place to Work organisation defines a great workplace in terms of the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the degree to which they value their colleagues. Since its first participation in the survey in 2021, Aedifica has been awarded the Great Place to Work label every year.
The third participation further expanded the scope of the survey. Although the team in Finland has been participating on its own for much longer – and very successfully, as they were shortlisted as 7th best workplace in Europe this year – this was the first time their survey was fully integrated into that of the Aedifica group.
With a 90% participation rate, our third survey was again a great success. It resulted in an excellent Trust Index score of 82% for the whole Group. Moreover, 89% of staff reported that they would recommend Aedifica as a great place to work.
We are delighted that our staff have once again recognised Aedifica as a ‘Great Place to Work’. I would like to thank all employees for the enthusiasm and commitment they show every day to make Aedifica such an enjoyable and vibrant place to work.
